our property unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. We

SHIPPING
Tigerspirit's Place ships all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
Priority Mail service typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare
circumstances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver. If you would like your order
shipped via FedEx, please email us at customerservice@tigerspiritsplace.com for a shipping
quote. You will receive an email when the order ships.
Hawaii, Alaska, US Armed Forces & US Territories: We ship USPS Priority Mail at no
additional charge. Tracking information is usually not available for these areas.
International: We ship via USPS Airmail (no tracking) to arrive in 5 - 25 business days.
Standard shipping and handling fees apply, as well as, an additional $10.00 fee for orders
shipping outside the United States. All taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the
customer.
COD'S: We do not send orders COD.
Insurance: We do automatically insure your package. If you would like to insure it, please email
us at customerservice@tigerspiritsplace.com for a quote. If your package is not insured, we
cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
Weekdays: All orders placed before 5pm PST are processed the same business day and will ship
in 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed after 5pm PST are processed the next business day and
will ship in 1 - 2 business days after processing.
Weekends: Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day and will ship
in 1 - 2 business days after processing.
Holidays: Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day and will ship in
1 - 2 business days after processing.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
No returns on special order items. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, original shipping costs

For your protection, please send your return in a rigid cardboard box or padded envelope, and
we recommend that you insure your package. We are NOT responsible for product returns that
arrive to us damaged and we will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a
standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
